Return of Goods
If, for any reason, you decide that you do not want your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 21 days of the date you received the item. The product must be unopened with any wrapping or packaging intact and must be received by our despatch department within 28 days of your receipt of delivery (we recommend that you keep evidence that you have returned goods to us). In this case we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the returned goods although any handling charge will be retained. Exchange of Goods
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the goods to us within 21 days of receipt for exchange, however, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. If the item is defective
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you can return the goods to us within 21 days of receipt for exchange. If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
If you receive an incorrect item, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. You must return the goods to us within 21 days of receipt for exchange. Upon sight of an item and agreement that it is incorrect, we will refund any handling charges plus the cost of returning the goods to us. Our Refunds Policy
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. When you send your goods back, we will process the returned goods and notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of our receiving your return.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the handling charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

BCIDirect will check all items returned as damaged or defective. Only when we have agreed with your assessment of the condition of the goods returned will we refund or replace any goods.

Items returned under the 21 day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 21 days of receipt of delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, including any handling charge.
