During the cold season, our hands are exposed to especially stressful conditions: dry heated air, large variations in temperature, as well as cold air can irritate the skin.

The hands appear to be drier and the lack of moisture in the skin is visible. It not only makes the skin feel uncomfortable but also makes it look older and tired. Apart from the pure cosmetic and visible effects, Winter often brings out the first signs of serious skin diseases.

Step 1 - Wash and Disinfect

Firstly the hands need to be washed, and then disinfected by either wiping them with Desderman gel, or Kodan tissues.

Step 2 - Nail Bath

A large bowl is prepared with warm water and Nail Bath Concentrate, and the hands are soaked for 5 minutes.

Step 3 - Exfoliating

The Aroma Effect Peeling oil is mixed with sea salt and warmed. The hand is then massaged. The first-class mixture of jojoba, peach kernel oil and soybean oil nourishes the skin. The pure sea salt gently removes calluses.

Step 4 - Moisturizing

The hands are treated with Ampoule Spa treatment which is high in D-panthe-nol and a rich vitamin and protein complex that smoothes and vitalizes the skin making the hands feel soft and smooth to the touch.

Step 5 - Mask

The Essential Energy mask is applied to the skin and the hands are wrapped in foil and covered with a warm com-press for 10 minutes. The mask contains wild-growing manuka which is a fantastic moisturiser.

Step 6 - Special Treat

Next Reposan is applied to the hands, which is a special care product for stressed skin containing Shea butter, D-panthenol and bisabolol (chamomile extract).

Step 7 - Nails and Cuticles

For extra care Nail Cream is applied to the nails and cuticles.The well-proven Nail Cream is rich in natural vegetable oils, vitamins E and A.

Step 8 - And Finally

Finally the treatment is finished with a application of Protect Care, which is a perfect daily hand care product for stressed winter skin.
